The right land makes
the right club.

Lowcountry land with the character, the features, and the quiet to match what we're building. Construction begins Fall 2026.

The land comes first.

Lowland Sporting Club will not be built on just any piece of ground. The property must have the natural features that define the Lowcountry — water features that create natural shooting backdrops, mature tree canopy that provides shade and beauty, existing ponds and wetland edges, and the kind of quiet that you can feel the moment you turn off the road.

Every station, every path, and every gathering place will be shaped by what is already there. We are not interested in clearing land and starting over. We want property with character — the kind that most facilities spend decades trying to manufacture.

Natural Water Features
Ponds, creeks, and wetland edges for shooting backdrops and the simulated duck shoot
Mature Canopy
Live oaks, hardwoods, and natural shade that define the Lowcountry landscape
Terrain Variety
Open meadow, wooded bottoms, and natural elevation changes for diverse presentations
Existing Infrastructure
Roads, utilities, and structures that reduce development impact on the land
Natural Buffers
Acreage and terrain that provide sound management and safety without manufactured barriers
Morning light through the canopy

Close enough to reach. Far enough to matter.

Under an hour

Our target location in Colleton County puts the club within easy reach of downtown — close enough for an after-work shoot, far enough that the city falls away.

Under an hour

Whether you're coming from the islands or across the bridge, the club is designed to be accessible from every corner of the greater Charleston area.

Under an hour

A straight shot through quiet Lowcountry roads. Summerville residents will find this among the closest sporting grounds in the region.
